Who we are
We are based at 251 Broadway, Methuen, MA 01844. Our job is simple: when your plumbing fails, one call gets a licensed plumber moving toward your door, and you know what the work will cost before it starts.
We do not list company history, job counts or star ratings here, because a number on a web page proves nothing. What you can verify is a plumber's licence, and we show you how below.
The plumbers we dispatch are licensed and insured. They handle leaks, drains, water heaters, sewer lines, boilers, sump pumps and commercial calls. See the full list on our services page. In Massachusetts, plumbing licences come from the Board of State Examiners of Plumbers and Gas Fitters, and mass.gov lets you look up any licence according to the state's own records.
What 24/7 dispatch means
Our phone line is answered 24/7, including nights, weekends and holidays. When you call (603) 815-9179, the dispatcher asks what is happening, where the water is going and whether you can shut it off.
Then you get clear instructions for the next few minutes and a licensed plumber is sent. We do not promise a specific arrival time, because traffic, weather and distance change it. We do tell you what we know when you call.
Answer
The 24/7 dispatch line is open at any hour.
Triage
True emergencies go out first. Jobs that can wait are booked same-day when available.
Dispatch
A licensed plumber is sent and you get instructions while you wait.
How to verify any plumber's Massachusetts licence
In Massachusetts only a master or journeyman plumber licensed by the Board of State Examiners of Plumbers and Gas Fitters may do plumbing work. The same board licenses gas fitters, and gas piping is licensed work.
This applies to us and to every other company you call, so use it.
A four-step licence check
- Ask the plumber for their licence type and number
- Look the licence up on mass.gov
- Confirm the licence is current and matches the name on their ID
- Remember that permits are issued to licensed plumbers, not homeowners
How pricing is explained
A plumber cannot price a leak by phone. They have to see it. So the process is: the plumber arrives, diagnoses the cause, explains the options and gives you the price before any work starts. You decide.
Prices shift with access, pipe material, parts, permit needs and the hour of the call. Our service pages name these factors without inventing numbers, so you can judge the quote when you hear it.
What you should get
- The cause explained in plain words
- A clear price before work starts
- Options when more than one fix exists
- A licensed plumber pulling any permit
What to walk away from
- A price that changes after work begins
- No licence number on request
- Pressure to replace what can be repaired
- A refusal to explain the work
Where we work
Our main service area is Methuen, ZIP 01844. Older homes near the Pleasant-High and Spicket Falls historic districts, houses on the Merrimack and Spicket River floodplains, and lakefront homes at Forest Lake each bring different plumbing risks, from aging supply pipe to wet basements.
We also dispatch to Lawrence, Haverhill, North Andover, Dracut and Andover. Not sure if you are in range? Call and give your address.
