Conditions differ from house to house, so follow manufacturer instructions and local code, and call a professional for anything involving gas, electricity or pressurized systems. Licensed plumbing work in Massachusetts is regulated under 248 CMR, and your local inspector's standards take priority over anything written here.
Pricing
This site does not list prices for work. Price depends on what the plumber finds, and it is explained by phone and on site before work starts. Cost factors described on service pages are explanations, not quotes.
Service availability
Availability varies by time, weather, location and the type of job. The line is answered 24/7, but we cannot promise an arrival time or that every job can be scheduled on the day you call. Same-day appointments are offered when available.
Emergencies
Life safety and gas
For fire, injury or any danger to life, call 911. If you smell gas, leave the building and call 911 and the gas utility, Eversource, from outside. This website is not an emergency channel for those situations.
